2. HomeWaterFeatures.com.au is owned by Web Savers. Please make all Cheques and Money Orders payable to Web Savers.

3. PAYMENT OPTIONS - All charges are in Australian Dollars. We accept payment via Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept Money Orders, Cheques & Direct Deposit is also welcome. 4. DELIVERY - PLEASE NOTE: We CANNOT deliver to PO Boxes. We deliver Australia Wide using Star Track Express couriers. Freight is FREE on all orders Australia wide. All items are sent with insurance. We endeavour to have all goods in stock dispatched within two business days from the time you place your order or payment is received. If paying by cheque or money order goods will not be dispatched until funds have been cleared. All orders are delivered through Star Track Express and must be signed for upon delivery. If goods cannot be signed for at the specified delivery address a calling card will be left with information on how you can organise re-delivery or pick up of your parcel

6. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - We understand that when you order a product online sometimes it is hard to know exactly what you are getting and it might not be quite what you wanted. Our policy is that we will accept returns by first giving us notice informing us of your decision to return within 7 days of receiving the goods. Once approval is granted for the return of the goods. You will be required to pay for the return postage (unless we have accidentally sent you the wrong item). Once the item is returned we will then fully refund the money for the item. You will be required to register and insure the item on the goods as we will not be held responsible for goods that are sent for return that are lost or damaged if not insured or registered.

7. ORDER CANCELLATION - Orders can only be cancelled prior to dispatch. If for any reason you wish to cancel an order which has not been dispatched, you may be required to pay a cancellation fee to cover any transaction fees that have been incurred by Web Savers. If you require a refund on an order that has all ready been dispatched please see details of our Satisfaction Guarantee above.
